SyncFrame AI Account Integration
Sync for DJI uses the SyncFrame AI platform to create and manage user accounts. If you would like to permanently delete your account and associated personal information, please submit a deletion request via email.

What Happens Next
Our support team handles your request through the following steps:
Identity Verification
To protect your data, we may contact you at your registered email address to verify your identity before processing.
Processing Window
Once verified, your account deletion request will be processed and completed within 30 days.
Email Confirmation
We will send a confirmation email once all your data is successfully and permanently removed.
What Will Be Deleted
When your request is processed, we will permanently delete or anonymize, where appropriate:
- Your account profile
- Your registered email address
- Uploaded drone projects
- Uploaded images and videos
- Account preferences and settings
- Other personal information associated with your account
