1. About Sync for DJI

Sync for DJI is a mobile application that enables users to upload, manage and synchronize drone imagery and related project data through the SyncFrame AI platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of drones complies with all applicable laws and aviation regulations in your country.

3. User Accounts

Some features require a SyncFrame AI account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• All activities occurring under your account;
• Providing accurate and complete account information.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos and other content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant SkyDatalogix Inc. a limited licence to store, process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Sync for DJI and SyncFrame AI services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload such content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks;
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or other harmful content;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

6. AI Generated Results

Where the service provides automated analysis or generated outputs, these are provided for informational purposes only.

You remain responsible for verifying any information before relying upon it for operational, commercial or safety-related decisions.

7. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The application, software, logos, trademarks and related intellectual property remain the property of SkyDatalogix Inc. or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account in accordance with our Account Deletion Policy.
