You can connect your DJI device via RC or Wi-Fi.
Connect via RC:
1. Turn ON your Phantom 2/3/4, Mavic, Spark, Inspire.
2. Turn ON Remote controller and pay attention to RC that is connected with aircraft.
3. Open Sync for DJI app and wait for connection. Your device model will appear on the top of the screen.
Connect via Wi-Fi:
1. Switch your aircraft to Wi-Fi mode then turn ON your Phantom 2/3/4, Mavic, Spark, Inspire or Osmo.
2. Open Wi-Fi settings on your iOS or Android smartphone. Find your device and tap to connect.
3. If connection is successful open the app and wait for connection. Your device model will appear on the top of the screen.
To restore connection: disconnect and connect again your DJI device via RC or Wi-Fi. In case if your drone connected via RC - you can unplug and plug in the RC cable. Restart your DJI device and repeat the steps above if you have trouble connecting it.
All paused tasks will resume automatically without any efforts from your side.
Majority of ‘original’ Lightning cables are mass-manufactured in anonymous factories overseas, there isn’t as much (or possibly any) quality control as those manufactured by Apple or certified third-party companies.
It means that such cables can have issues within connection with your RC and iPhone. Use original Apple Lightining cables.
To save H.265 codec in a video you need to export original footage from the app. If you export with a watermark or resizing - you lose H.265 (your video will be exported as H.264).

Crop - Crops the moving edges without scaling. Output resolution is affected in this case
None - Fills the moving edges with the black color
Speed:
Slow - One second of output video fits about 15 frames [No transition frame]
Normal - One second of output video fits about 24 frames [With transition frame]
Smooth - One second of output video fits about 30 frames [With transition frame]
Fast - One second of output video fits about 60 frames [No transition frame]
